Question 3:     Which is the best method to cut Kooka Brotha's cakes into even portions ?

To cut even portions, cut the whole cake into half and then quarters. Cut the quarters into three or four to yield 12 or 16 portions.

 

 

 

Place the tip of a knife into the centre of the cake and cut by pressing the knife down to the cake base. When the product is on display cut only the portion you require at the time to reduce exposed edges and drying.
