Snowberry Frozen Parfait

A creamy white soft frozen chocolate parfait on a meringue base with a soft frozen puree and fruit syrup centre and a topping of seasonal and winter berries dusted with white chocolate chips.

Size: Approximate 75mm x 60mm and 50mm high.

Frozen Parfaits:
Gluten Free, Zero Waste
Packed in boxes of 12.
To Use: Serve frozen at or close to (-18°C). Store frozen until required.
