Lemon Meringue Tart

An individual serve of a great Australian favourite - a clean tangy lemon flavoured filling in a deep golden pastry tart shell.The lemon tart is complemented and heaped with peaks of soft fluffy meringue.

Size: Approximate top diameter of 70mm and 60mm high.

Individual Tarts:
Securely packed in boxes of 6.
To Use: defrost for 30-40 minutes at room temperature (18-20°C) or 60-70 minutes in the refrigerator (2-5°C).

Defrosted shelf life of 4 days at 2 - 5°C (refrigerated), flavours may be enhanced by serving at room temperature.
