A light creamy smooth dark chocolate marquise (classy chocolate mousse) on a syrup soaked chocolate sponge base, coated with dark chocolate cream and a light chocolate cream rosette, with a light dusting of cocoa for a regal finish.

Size: Approximate 63mm diameter and 50-55mm high.

Individual Portion Cold Set Desserts:
Gluten Free,
Packed in boxes of 12.
To Use: Serve chilled. Defrosted shelf life of 3 days refrigerated at 2 - 5°C.
