A smooth velvety melt-in-your-mouth chocolate parfait on a crunchy choc chip meringue base and topped with a semi freddo chocolate ganache, piped mocha cream and white filigree - an instant chocolate hit for any time of the day or year. Even more refreshing because it is served frozen.

Size: Approximate 75mm x 60mm and 50mm high.

Frozen Parfaits:
Gluten Free, Zero Waste
Packed in boxes of 12.
To Use: Serve frozen at or close to (-18°C). Store frozen until required.
