Carrot Cup Cake (Gluten Free)

Moist gluten free carrot cake topped with white icing, lemon cream cheese and finished with a medley of citrus peel, diced apricot, walnut and white chocolate pieces.

Size: Approximate top diameter 60mm in a classic cup cake form.

Cup Cakes: (Gluten Free)
Securely packed in boxes of 12.
To Use: defrost for 30-40 minutes at room temperature (18-20°C) or 60-70 minutes in the refrigerator (2-5°C).

Defrosted shelf life of 4 days at 2 - 5°C (refrigerated), shelf life may be enhanced by serving at room temperature.
Cup cakes can be briefly warmed (refreshed) in the microwave oven for 2-3 seconds with care.
