Ginger Fluff Sponge

The other classic Australian fluffy sponge, ginger fluff sponge with the simple flavours of fresh cream and fresh ginger topped with a vanilla icing.

Size: Approximate 7cm diameter and 5.5cm high.

Individual Portion Sponge Cakes:
Sealed and individually collared sponge cakes. 12 per box.
To Use: defrost for 30 minutes at room temperature (18-20°C) or 60-70 minutes in the refrigerator (2-5°C).

Defrosted shelf life of 2 days at 2 - 5°C (refrigerated).
